Player Snapshot

James White is wrapping up his fifth season as a pro, all with the Patriots. He rushed for a career-high 425 yards on 94 carries and five touchdowns but his biggest impact once again came in the passing game. Targeted 123 times this season, White caught 87 passes for 751 yards and seven touchdowns. All three marks were career highs for the former Wisconsin Badger.

James White Super Bowl Prop Predictions

White averaged 5.88 rush attempts, 26.56 rushing yards and 0.31 rushing touchdowns per game during the regular season. He also averaged 5.44 receptions, 46.94 receiving yards and 0.44 receiving touchdowns in 16 games as well. This postseason, White has caught 19 passes on 23 targets for 146 yards, while rushing six times for 23 yards.

Will he Score a FIRST HALF Touchdown: Yes 29/10; No 5/19

Seeing as how White didn’t receive a carry versus the Chargers in the Divisional round of the NFL playoffs but rushed six times against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, I wouldn’t touch his rushing props. That said, he’s going to be a big factor in the passing game again on Sunday. The Rams’ biggest weakness on defense is arguably their linebackers. I predict Josh McDaniels will attempt to exploit that matchup by using White heavily in the passing game, much like he did against the Chargers when the running back was targeted a whopping 17 times for 15 catches and 97 receiving yards.

James White Total Receptions: Over 6

James White Total Receiving Yards: Over 52.5
