Deflate-Gate was the hot story last week and it pertains to the NFL investigating the New England Patriots following the AFC Championship and complaints that their footballs were under inflated for the game with the Colts. After the investigation was concluded, the NFL found that 11 of the 12 balls used were in fact under inflated.
The Patriots have tried to move on from the idea that this is a big conspiracy and are simply saying it was not a big deal and something nobody knew about. The Seahawks certainly aren’t being quiet about it and it will certainly be a topic of conversation on the broadcast. Just how much is the question. The topic has been so hot, it earned the “Deflate-Gate” moniker, which may make it easier to bring up on the broadcast, even as a joke.
