The Bearcats have been led by their defense this year, allowing just 20.6 points and 370.7 yards per game. Offensively, Cincinnati is putting up 31.4 points and 393.4 yards per contest. Desmond Ridder has thrown for 1,774 yards and 17 touchdowns this year, while also rushing for 435 yards. Temple seeks third straight win
The Temple Owls had suffered back-to-back losses to SMU and UCF last month, but they have since rebounded with wins over South Florida and Tulane in recent weeks. Temple is 7-3 on the season, 4-2 in the AAC, 6-4 against the spread and 5-5 with the over/under total.

College Football Betting Trends
Cincinnati
The Bearcats are 5-1 against the spread in their last six home games, but just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games in November.
Temple
The Owls are 12-3 against the spread in their last 15 games in November and 19-7 ATS in their last 26 games on fieldturf.
Prediction:
Temple has had Cincinnati’s number over recent years, winning and covering the spread in four straight against the Bearcats. The Owls aren’t a team that struggles with other defensive teams. Temple has the physicality to match most teams that like to grind out possessions. The Owls have struggled with good offensive teams like SMU and UCF. Cincinnati has shown glimpses of being a good offense, but typically have pretty low-scoring games. I think this game is going to be a grind for both and points are going to be hard to come by. That favors Temple covering today. The Owls will make enough plays on defense to keep this close and within 10 points.
