N.C. State Wolfpack Game Notes
MJ Morris completed 18-of-28 passes for 210 yards and three touchdowns. Morris added 19 carries for 43 yards in Saturday’s 30-21 win over Wake Forest. After the injury to Devin Leary, Jack Chambers took over at quarterback and struggled to bring much to the offense. Since taking over for Chambers late in the first quarter last week Morris has completed 67-percent of his passes for 475 yards and six touchdowns and has led the Wolfpack to back-to-back wins.
Louisville Cardinals Game Notes
Coach Scott Satterfield said Tuesday that Malik Cunningham (shoulder) is considered day-to-day, Jody Demling of 247Sports.com reports. Cunningham was knocked out of Saturday’s loss to Clemson due to a shoulder injury, but it appears he’s avoided a serious injury and could return to action against North Carolina State. However, if he’s unable to play in Week 12, Brock Domann would be the most likely candidate to start at quarterback.
