Mountaineers can’t get on track
West Virginia is riding a five-game losing streak following a 38-17 loss at home to Texas Tech last weekend. The Mountaineers are now 3-6 on the season, 1-5 in the Big 12, 3-5-1 against the spread and 5-4 with the under.
WVU has struggled offensively this year, averaging just 21.1 points and 329.7 yards per game. Their rushing attack is one of the worst in the nation, averaging only 75.8 yards per game. Defensively, West Virginia is giving up 32.1 points and 421.9 yards per contest. Austin Kendall is leading the team with 1,989 passing yards and 12 touchdowns, but he also has 10 interceptions. Sam James is the leading receiver with 58 catches for 623 yards and two touchdowns while Leddie Brown is the leading rusher with just 227 yards and a score.

The Kansas State football team had a three-game win streak come to an end last week with a 27-24 loss at Texas. The Wildcats are now 6-3 on the season, 3-3 in the Big 12, 7-2 against the spread and 6-3 with the under.
Kansas State has been led by its defense this year, which is allowing just 21.1 points and 366.8 yards per game. Offensively, K-State is putting up 32.3 points and 381.4 yards per contest. College Football Betting Trends
West Virginia
The Mountaineers have hit the over in five of their last six games in November and eight in their last 11 conference games.
Kansas State
The Wildcats have hit the under in five of their last six conference games and in 11 of their last 14 home games.
Prediction:
These two have hit the under in seven straight meetings and though the total is low here, I think it can hit again. West Virginia has been in a real offensive funk, scoring 17 or less in four straight. Kansas State has a respectable defense that has been able to hold most teams in check. Against a bad WVU offense, I would expect them Wildcats defense to really shine this week. Kansas State also doesn’t have an overwhelming offense that should put up too many points. Their showing against Oklahoma was a bit of an anomaly.
College Football Week 12 Prediction: West Virginia/Kansas State Under 47.5
