Central Michigan Chippewas Game Notes

Central Michigan redshirt freshman QB Daniel Richardson completed 23-of-41 passes for 243 yard and a touchdown in a 30-27 victory over Ohio on Wednesday. Richardson (5'10"/200) started in the place of would-be starter David Moore who has still not had his year-long suspension lifted by the NCAA. The redshirt freshman led a balanced CMU offense that time of possession, running 30 more plays in the game than Ohio. He hit Khalil Pimpleton on a 50-yard strike down the seam for his lone touchdown strike. Richardson performed about as well as can be expected for a player making his first career start and has certainly earned a another look next Wednesday at Northern Illinois should David Moore not be cleared.

Northern Illinois Huskies Game Notes
