Auburn Tigers Game Notes
T.J. Finley (undisclosed) won’t travel with the team ahead of Saturday’s matchup against Mississippi, Tom Green of AL.com reports. Per Green, the absence is being described as a “mental health break” for the quarterback, who began the season as a starter but has since lost that gig to Robby Ashford. Finley suffered a shoulder injury earlier in the campaign, and while it may still be bothering him, his absence isn’t injury related.
