San Diego State is 3-3-1 against the spread this season as well. The Aztecs have a great defense, giving up just 13 total points over their last three games. Unlike San Diego State, who uses one back heavily, Utah State goes with a team effort. Three different players have over 230 yards, led by Tonny Lindsey, who has run for 442 yards and three scores. Kent Myers has thrown for 1,485 yards and seven touchdowns.

The Aztecs have really hit their stride the last few weeks. Their defense has been dominant in Mountain West action and Utah State isn’t an offense that should change that much. While the Aggies have been respectable against opposing offenses, they are going to struggle to stop Pumphrey. Look for him to have another big game and lead the Aztecs to a win and cover.
