This information is subject to change, however, so be sure to check out our NCAAF Public Betting Page for updated figures on the game.
Cowboys throttled by Baylor
Oklahoma State is coming off a 45-27 loss at home to Baylor and the Cowboys have now lost three of their last four games. Oklahoma State is 4-3 on the season, 1-3 in the Big 12, 5-2 against the spread and 4-3 with the over.
The Cowboys are one of the top offenses in the country, averaging 38 points and 519.9 yards per game. Defensively, Oklahoma State is allowing 30 points and 432.3 yards per contest. Chuba Hubbard is leading the offense with 1,265 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns while Spencer Sanders has thrown for 1,490 yards and 11 touchdowns, but also has nine interceptions. Tylan Wallace is the team’s leading receiver with 45 catches for 772 yards and seven touchdowns.
Cyclones heating up
Iowa State is riding a three-game win streak right now following a 34-24 win at Texas Tech last weekend. The Cyclones are now 5-2 on the season, 3-1 in the Big 12, 4-2-1 against the spread and 3-3-1 with the over/under total.
The Cyclones are strong on offense and defense. Iowa State is putting up 37.1 points and 481.7 yards per game while allowing just 21.3 points and 333.9 yards per contest. Brock Purdy has thrown for 2,185 yards and 14 touchdowns while rushing for 195 yards and six scores. Breece Hall is the leading rusher with 399 yards and five touchdowns while Tarique Milton has caught 23 passes for 510 yards and two scores. O’Rien Vance is leading the defense with 35 tackles and 6.5 sacks.
College Football Betting Trends
The Cowboys are 10-2 with the over in their last 12 games following a failed cover and 5-1 with the over in their last six games in October.
The Cyclones are 18-8-2 with the under in their last 28 games overall and 5-2-1 with the under in their last eight conference games.
These two have hit the over in their last four meetings, including last year’s 48-42 win for Iowa State on the road. Oklahoma State has hit a funk and the Cowboys aren’t scoring at their usual clip. Baylor was able to limit them in Stillwater and I think the Cowboys are going to continue to have trouble on the road against an Iowa State defense that has been locked in most of the season. The Cyclones have been impressive on offense this year, but I think these two will hit the under due to their defensive effort.
