The Cowboys are coming off a 38-31 win over Iowa State at home to improve to 4-2 on the season and 2-1 in the Big 12 last week. The Cowboys are now 3-3 against the spread. Oklahoma State is putting up 40.7 points and 480.2 yards per game this year. Kansas fell to 1-5 on the season and 0-3 in the Big 12 with a 49-7 loss to Baylor last week. The Jayhawks are 2-4 against the spread this season as their offense has been a disappointment. The Jayhawks average just 22 points per game this season and they have been held to 23 points or less in all of their five losses. QB Ryan Willis has just 811 passing yards on the year with three touchdowns and seven interceptions while Ke’aun Kinner is the leading rusher with 264 yards and a score. The Jayhawks are riding a five-game losing streak and they have covered in just one of those losses. They have lost by 36 or more in three of their last four games. The Cowboys have an offense that should be tough for them to stop. Rudolph has been throwing the ball at well so far and the Jayhawks don’t have the talent to compete with the Oklahoma State receivers.
