Will Iowa State and Oklahoma State combine to score enough points to push the score over the total on Saturday at 3:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cowboys are now a 17-point favorite versus the Cyclones after Iowa State opened as a 16.5-point underdog. As for the total, the number opened at 65 but has jumped a full point-and-a-half up to 66.5.
Iowa State nearly pulled off one of the upsets of the year last week but eventually fell 45-42 to Baylor as a 17-point underdog. It was the third straight game in which the Cyclones covered the spread and they're now 3-2 against the number despite being 1-4 straight up. Iowa State has covered the number as a 24.5-point underdog (at TCU), as a 7.5-point favorite (vs. San Jose State), and as a 17-point dog (vs. Baylor) over the last three weeks.
After some early back-and-forth action, Oklahoma State rolled to a 49-31 win over Texas last Saturday as a 2.5-point home favorite. The Cowboys have been up-and-down all season, alternating wins and covers in between losses both straight up and at the betting window. All told, OK State is 3-2 straight up and 3-2 against the spread in 2016.
