Wisconsin struggles in win
Wisconsin is coming off a narrow 24-15 win at home over Northwestern to stay unbeaten on the season. The Badgers are 4-0 on the season, 3-1 against the spread and 2-2 with the over/under total.
The Badgers are pretty dominant on both sides of the ball. Wisconsin is allowing just 7.3 points and 192.3 yards per contest defensively. The offense is putting up 42.3 points and 441 yards per game this year. Jonathan Taylor has rushed for 559 yards and eight touchdowns this season to lead the Wisconsin offense. Jack Coan has added 805 passing yards and five touchdowns. Quintez Cephus is his leading receiver with 14 catches for 235 yards. The defense is being led by Zack Baun, who has 20 tackles and three sacks.
Kent State picks up lopsided win
Kent State is coming off a 62-20 win over Bowling Green at home, but the Flashes have lopsided road losses to Arizona State and Auburn this year. Overall, Kent State is 2-2 on the year, 2-2 against the spread and 2-2 with the over/under total.

College Football Betting Trends
Wisconsin
The Badgers are 6-1 against the spread in their last seven against MAC opponents, but just 2-9 ATS in their last 11 games following a win.
Kent State
The Golden Flashes are just 3-9 against the spread in their last 12 against Big Ten opponents and 1-6 ATS in their last seven road games against a team with a winning home record.
Prediction:
The Badgers looked shaky last week, but that was against a physical Northwestern team. Kent State is not a physical defensive team. The Golden Flashes have struggle don the road, scoring just 23 points in two games. I would expect Wisconsin to possibly contend for a shutout in this game, which leaves the offense to just need to put together five touchdowns against a bad defense. That certainly seems doable. While Wisconsin could be looking past Kent State, the Badgers aren’t going to play poorly enough to make this game interesting.
