Arkansas Razorbacks Game Notes

Arkansas redshirt sophomore QB KJ Jefferson (knee) gutted out an upset win over Texas A&M on Saturday, but should be ready for Georgia this weekend. Arkansas head coach Sam Pittman said that he expects both Jefferson (6'3/240) and wide receiver Treylon Burks to play on Saturday against Georgia, after both suffered injuries in last weekend's loss. Arkansas has gotten off to a surprising 4-0 start this season, anchored by a solid defense and Jefferson's arm and mobility. To date, Jefferson is 46-for-78 passing with six touchdowns and two interceptions, and has rushed for another 230 yards and two scores.

Georgia Bulldogs Game Notes

Georgia redshirt junior QB JT Daniels (back) will be a game-time decision to play on Saturday vs Arkansas. Daniels (6'3"/210) has reportedly been improving throughout the week, but the team wouldn't commit to saying he's definitely going to play this Saturday. The game kickoffs at noon, we'll have to see if he participates in warm-ups and how he looks. If Daniels can't suit up Stetson Bennett will likely get the start at home against Arkansas.
