TCU dominates Purdue
TCU is off to a 2-0 start to the season thanks to a 34-13 win at Purdue last weekend. The Horned Frogs are 1-1 against the spread while hitting the under in both games.
The Horned Frogs have looked impressive on defense, allowing just 10 points and 209.5 yards per game thus far. Offensively, TCU is putting up 36.5 points and 452.5 yards per game. Max Duggan has thrown for 235 yards and two touchdowns to lead the offense while Darius Anderson is the leading rusher with 207 yards and two scores. The defense is being led by Garret Wallow, who has 23 tackles with two sacks.

College Football Betting Trends
The Horned Frogs are just 7-20 ATS in their last 27 home games, but 4-1 ATS in their last five non-conference games.
The Mustangs are just 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 road games and 7-17-1 ATS in their last 25 against Big 12 opponents.
These two are rivals, but you couldn’t really tell based on recent results. The Horned Frogs have won the last six meetings by at least 19 points. I know SMU has looked solid thus far, but its another thing to go on the road and play well against TCU. The Horned Frogs are still a power 5 program that is now ranked. They have a history of success on the national stage that SMU hasn’t had since before getting handed major penalties by the NCAA. TCU hasn’t given me any reason to doubt them in this matchup based on this season’s results. I will stick with the Frogs at home.
