College Football Betting Trends
Michigan State
Michigan State is just 2-8 against the spread in their last 10 road games and 2-6-1 ATS in their last nine games on fieldturf.
Indiana
Indiana is 2-9-1 against the spread in its last 12 games overall and 3-12-1 against the spread in its last 16 Big Ten games.
Prediction:
The home team has covered the spread in three straight in this series, including a 24-21 OT win for Indiana. The Spartans are a team that seems to play to the level of its competition and that is dangerous on the road. Indiana isn’t lacking in confidence right now and the Hoosiers believe they can win this game. MSU is struggling to run the ball right now, which it will need to do. MSU’s defense should give Indiana trouble, but I don’t know that I trust the Spartans to score enough on the road to cover, and maybe even win. I’m going with the Hoosiers.
