Air Force Falcons Game Notes
John Lee Eldridge carried the ball eight times for 88 yards and one touchdown Saturday as the Falcons defeated the Buffaloes 41-10. Eldridge put up relatively similar numbers compared to last week against Northern Iowa, but he managed to score his first touchdown of the year against Colorado. The running back notched just one touchdown last season and it came in the 11th week, so the junior will look to become a more consistent scorer for the Falcons this season in order to accompany top rusher Brad Roberts.
Wyoming Cowboys Game Notes
Titus Swen rushed for 76 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries Saturday as Wyoming defeated Northern Colorado 33-10. Swen has scored three touchdowns in Wyoming’s first three games this season, and they all came against the Bears. Although quarterback Andrew Peasley did not throw any touchdowns, Swen made sure he had his team’s offense covered and he individually outscored Northern Colorado. Wyoming loves to run the ball and he will continue to see the ball in his hands if he can sustain this kind of offensive production.
