The Gators have been great on defense thus far, limiting opponents to 10 points and 247.5 yards per game. The offense is putting up 34.5 points and 423.5 yards per contest. Kentucky is putting up 38 points and 441.5 yards per game on offense while giving up 20.5 points and 366.5 yards per contest. College Football Betting Trends
Florida
The Gators are 4-1 with the under in their last five games in September and 16-6 with the under in their last 22 games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game.
Kentucky
Kentucky has hit the over in its last four home games, but is 7-1 with the under in its last eight conference games.
Prediction:
These two have played some low-scoring games in the past and I would expect another low-scoring contest this weekend. Kentucky has to work in a new starting QB against a very good defense. That isn’t likely to lead to many points for the Wildcats. Florida doesn’t have an overwhelming offense either and the Kentucky defense should step up with the Wildcats needing help with a limited offense.
