College Football Week 3 Vegas Odds
The College Football Season is set to enter Week 3 of the season coming this weekend. Here is a look at the Las Vegas Odds for all the games taking place.
The featured game of Week 3 has No. 15 TCU facing No. 4 Ohio State on Saturday at 8PM ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. According to oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas, Ohio State is the favorite to win, as the Buckeyes are getting odds of -12.5 points against the Horned Frogs on a “neutral field.” Ohio State will be in its final game without coach Urban Meyer due to his suspension. The Buckeyes are 2-0 on the season and 2-0 against the spread with lopsided wins at home over Oregon State and Rutgers. TCU is also 2-0, but just 1-1 against the spread as they failed to cover a 49.5-point spread against Southern. They did cover last week at SMU in a 42-12 win.
The other featured game in Week 3 is a SEC clash with No. 7 Auburn hosting No. 12 LSU on Saturday at 3:30PM ET from Jordan-Hare Stadium. Oddsmakers at the MGM Mirage are listing Auburn as a 9.5-point favorite at home over LSU. LSU is 2-0 on the season and 1-1 against the spread. The Tigers beat Miami by 16, but only won 31-0 over Southeast Louisiana last week as a 40-point favorite. Auburn is 2-0 with a 1-1 mark against the spread. They covered in a 21-16 win over Washington to open the year and failed to cover a crazy 61.5-point spread against Alabama state last week in a 63-9 win. The home team has won and covered the spread in five straight in this series.
