OUR PREDICTION: Louisville disappointed plenty of bettors last Saturday night in Indianapolis when it didn't come close to covering as a massive favorite versus Purdue at Lucas Oil Stadium. That doesn't mean the Cardinals aren't a good bet today, however, even though they'll once again be on the road.

This is a difficult matchup for North Carolina. The Tar Heels allowed 6.42 yards per play against California last week. Only 26 teams out of 128 FBS programs performed worse on a per-play basis in Week 1. Here's the kicker: The Golden Bears were even breaking in a new quarterback and UNC allowed that to happen. What are the Tar Heels going to do against Jackson?

According to the Charlotte Observer, Jackson faced six defenses last season that allowed an average of six yards per play, as UNC did last week. In those six situations, he averaged 322.8 yards passing and 130.5 yards rushing in those games. Good luck, Tar Heels.
