Arkansas vs. Memphis Betting Prediction
Memphis lost a significant piece of their offense when running back Kenneth Gainwell decided to opt out of the 2020 season. Coupled with a coaching change as Ryan Silverfield takes over for Mike Norvell and things could take a little while for things to gel for Memphis. Even though Silverfield was promoted from within after being on the Tigers’ staff for the past four seasons, this was not a usual offseason for any coach, let alone one trying to put his stamp on a program.
Meanwhile, the Red Wolves have a pair of quarterbacks that can move the ball in Logan Bonner and Layne Hatcher. Blake Anderson’s team won eight games a year ago, with only one loss by more than 17 points and that was to the No. 3 team in the country in Georgia. This Arkansas State team has experience and is well-coached. I’ll gladly take the 18.5 points tonight.
