Green Wave fall short at Tigers
Tulane lost 86-82 in overtime nine days ago at Towson in the D.C. Holiday Hoops Fest to drop to 8-4 on the season. The Green Wave outscored the Tigers 36-35 in the second half, but were then outscored 15-11 in the extra session. Teshaun Hightower led Tulane with 33 points on 9-of-15 shooting including 3-of-5 from 3-point range plus 12-of-15 at the free throw line. He also brought down six rebounds. Tigers dominate Privateers

College Basketball Betting Trends
Tulane
The Green Wave are 6-1 ATS in their last seven road games. Tulane is 8-2 ATS in its last 10 Monday games.
Memphis
The Tigers are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games. Memphis is 4-11 ATS in its last 15 Monday games.
Prediction:
With the way Memphis is playing with so much confidence and controlling its home floor, I'm surprised this spread is not a little wider and plan to take advantage. The Tigers are outstanding defensively and Tulane is not particularly good on either side of the ball. The Green Wave's record is due to feasting on poor teams. Memphis isn't that. Go with the favorites.
