Bulldogs win fourth straight

Bryant secured a 64-60 victory last Saturday at Dartmouth to improve to 8-4 overall and 4-3 on the road. The Bulldogs outscored the Big Green 26-23 in the second half to notch the win. Ikenna Ndugba led Bryant with 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting including 2-of-2 from 3-point distance. He also accounted for five assists and three rebounds. Michael Green III contributed 13 points in 33 minutes off the bench. Benson Lin tallied 12 points, three boards and two assists. Mikail Simmons added 12 points and three caroms.

Terrapins fall at Pirates

Maryland lost by a count of 52-48 10 days ago at Seton Hall to drop to 10-2 overall and 0-2 on the road. The Terrapins trailed 27-18 at halftime and were unable to completely recover. Anthony Cowan Jr. led Maryland with 16 points on 3-of-14 shooting including 3-of-10 from 3-point range plus 7-of-9 at the charity stripe. He also contributed three rebounds, three assists and two steals. Jalen Smith tallied 11 points, nine boards and two blocked shots. Aaron Wiggins added 11 points and seven caroms.

College Basketball Betting Trends

The Bulldogs are 6-2 ATS in their last eight road games. Bryant is 1-5 ATS in its last six Sunday games.

The Terrapins are 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 Sunday games. Maryland is 2-5 ATS in last seven games overall.

The Terrapins are coming off two straight road losses, but this seems like a great get right spot. The problem is how big the spread is. The Bulldogs have played a pretty easy schedule, but did play Rutgers very tough on the road in a two-point defeat. I think this one eventually tilts in favor of Maryland by a good margin, but I expect Bryant to stay within the big spread.
