College Basketball Betting Trends
Western Michigan
The Broncos are 1-5 ATS in their last six Saturday games. Western Michigan is 0-7 ATS in its last seven games versus Big Ten Conference opponents.
Michigan
The Wolverines are 11-5-2 ATS in their last 19 Saturday games. Michigan is 10-4 ATS in its last 14 games following an ATS loss.
Prediction:
The Wolverines haven't covered the spread in their last two games and they might take a little bit easy here against an in-state rival too. If they jump out to a big lead, starters could be rested in preparation for bigger games. And it can also be used as an opportunity for seldom-used players to get some experience on the floor. Whether it's a backdoor cover or WMU staying within the number from the start, I see Michigan taking its foot off the pedal some in this contest.
