According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Purdue is favored on this game, as the Boilermakers are getting odds of -8 points against Tennessee. The over/under total for the contest has yet to be set. Today’s game takes place from Imperial Arena in Nassau, Bahamas and will air live on ESPN2.

These two last met in 2009, with Purdue picking up a 1-point win at home. Tennessee is 0-4 against the spread in its last four after a win and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 against a winning team. The Vols are a little unproven right now given their limited play, but Purdue looks like it is taking off from where it left off last season. Purdue has the combo of offense and defense right now and the Boilermakers have covered in eight of their last 11 against SEC opponents. The public betting is siding with Purdue and I agree with them.
