College Basketball Betting Trends
Stanford
The Cardinal are 2-7 ATS in their last nine Monday games. The under is 10-4 in the last 14 Stanford road games.
North Carolina
The Tar Heels are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 games versus the Pac-12 Conference. North Carolina is 35-16-2 ATS in its last 53 home games.
Prediction:
North Carolina hasn't seen a defense quite this good yet this season and while the Tar Heels' offense is almost matchup-proof unless Virginia is involved, there might be a couple extra uneasy possessions. Stanford should be just good enough defensively to stay in this one and keep it closer than the 18 than oddsmakers project. If Stanford can show it can keep it respectable against the Tar Heels, perhaps they are in for a better season than most predict.
