The NCAA Tournament is down to its Sweet 16 after the opening weekend concluded. Here is an updated look at the odds to win March Madness.
According to oddsmakers at BetNow.eu, Duke remains the favorite to win the tournament, as the Blue Devils are getting odds of 5/2 to win. Other short odds to win are Gonzaga (9/2), Virginia (9/2) and North Carolina (8/1).

Duke is the top overall seed for the tournament and the No. 1 seed in the East Region. The Blue Devils escaped a major scare on Sunday when they edged UCF, 77-76, when the Knights missed a tip-in at the buzzer. Duke will face Virginia Tech in the regional semifinal, while Michigan State and LSU meet in the other semifinal. The Blue Devils have won the NCAA Tournament five times, with the last coming in 2015.
Gonzaga is the top seed in the West Regional. The Bulldogs earned double-digit wins over Fairleigh Dickinson and Baylor this past weekend. Zaga is set to face Florida State in the regional semifinal this upcoming week while Texas Tech and Michigan meet in the other semifinal. Gonzaga is seeking its first NCAA Tournament title.

Virginia is the top seed in the South region. The Cavaliers earned double-digit wins over Gardner-Webb and Oklahoma this weekend. UVA is set to face No. 12 Oregon in the regional semifinal this weekend while Purdue and Tennessee collide in the other semifinal. The Cavs have never won the NCAA Tournament.
North Carolina is the top seed in the Midwest Regional. The Tar Heels picked up lopsided wins over Iona and Washington this weekend to advance to the regional semifinals. They will face Auburn this upcoming weekend in the Sweet 16 while Houston and Kentucky meet in the other semifinal. UNC has won the NCAA Tournament six times, last doing so in 2017.
