Vols roughed up by Auburn
Tennessee suffered an 84-64 loss to Auburn in the SEC Tournament final last weekend, but it came a day after a grinder of a win over Kentucky. The Vols are 5-2 in their last seven and 4-2 against the spread in their last six. Tennessee is now 29-5 on the season, 4-2 on a neutral floor, 17-15-1 against the spread and 19-14 with the over.

College Basketball Betting Trends
Colgate
The Raiders are 8-0 against the spread in their last eight against winning teams and 7-2 ATS in their last nine following a win.
Tennessee
Tennessee is 4-1-1 against the spread in its last six NCAA Tournament games and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 following a double-digit loss.
Prediction:
While people are making a lot out of the performance against Auburn, I think that was a predictable letdown performance after a big win over Kentucky 24 hours earlier. Tennessee has the ability to win this whole tournament and coming off a loss like that might shake them into a good place this weekend. Tennessee will be out to make a statement and their balanced offensive attack should be too much for Colgate. The Raiders will be tough early, but I think Tennessee just slowly pulls away and covers this big spread.
College Basketball Prediction: Tennessee -17.5
