West Region Odds
The West Region has two clear frontrunners to reach the Final Four. Here is a look at the odds to win this region of the NCAA Tournament.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Arizona is a slight favorite to win, as the Wildcats have odds of +120. Other odds are Gonzaga (+160), West Virginia (+375) and Xavier (+1200). The South Regional will be contested from the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

Arizona is the second seed in this region. The Wildcats beat No. 15 North Dakota, 100-82 and then topped No. 7 Saint Mary’s 69-60. Arizona will face Xavier in the regional semifinal on Thursday night. Arizona has reached the Final Four four times, last doing so in 2001.
Gonzaga is the top seed. The Bulldogs beat No. 16 South Dakota State, 66-46, and then topped No. 8 Northwestern, 79-73 last week. Zaga will meet West Virginia on Thursday night. Gonzaga has never reached the Final Four in program history.
West Virginia is the No. 4 seed in this region. The Mountaineers defeated No. 13 Bucknell, 86-80 and No. 5 Notre Dame, 83-71 last week to reach the Sweet 16. WVU is looking to reach the Final Four for the third time, last doing so in 2010.
Xavier is the highest seed to reach the Sweet 16 at No. 11. The Musketeers defeated No. 6 Maryland, 76-65, then destroyed No. 3 Florida State, 91-66. Xavier has made the Elite Eight two times, but never reached the Final Four.
