Hakim Hart registered 15 points (7-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds, four assists and two steals across 39 minutes during Thursday's 67-65 win over West Virginia. Hart has had his moments throughout the season, but certainly came up big for Maryland in this Round of 64 win. Hart is averaging 12.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.7 three-pointers, and 1.1 steals over the last 11 games. He could be an X-factor in Saturday's game against Alabama.
Alabama Crimson Tide Notes
Brandon Miller (groin) was limited at Friday's practice but is expected to be available for Saturday's game against Maryland, Charlie Potter of 247Sports.com reports. Miller sustained his groin injury during the SEC title game and played through the issue in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday, but he was held scoreless during the team's win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. The freshman will still do non-live work during Friday's practice session, and coach Nate Oats is optimistic that Miller will be available Saturday.
