(TheSpread) – The MidWest Region of the NCAA Tournament is clearly the strongest of the four. Here is a look at the odds to win this loaded region.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Louisville is the favorite to win, as it has 8/5 odds. Other short odds to win are Duke (7/2), Wichita State (4/1) and Michigan (11/2).
Louisville is the No. 4 seed in the region. It won the AAC regular season and tournament titles, going 29-5 overall and 15-3 in conference play. Louisville is the defending national champion and the Cardinals have reached the Final Four 10 times in program history.
Duke is the No. 3 seed. The Blue Devils were 26-8 on the season and 13-5 in conference play. Duke has reached the Final Four an impressive 15 times. The last appearance came in 2010.
Wichita State is the top seed in the region, as the Shockers went 34-0 on the season and 18-0 in Missouri Valley Conference play, winning the regular season and tournament titles. Wichita State has reached the Final Four two times, including last season.
Michigan is the No. 2 seed. The Wolverines won the Big Ten title this season, going 15-3 in conference play and 25-8 overall. Michigan has reached the Final Four seven times in program history, with its last appearance coming last season.
