According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Gonzaga is the slight favorite to win this region, as the Bulldogs are getting odds of +160 to win. Other short odds to win are Arizona (+180), West Virginia (+550) and Florida State (+600).

Gonzaga has the top seed in the West, as the Bulldogs went 32-1 on the season, winning the West Coast Conference regular-season and tournament titles. Gonzaga has never reached the Final Four.

Arizona is the second seed in this region. The Wildcats went 30-4 during the regular season and won the Pac-12 Tournament this past weekend. Arizona hasn’t reached the Final Four since 2001. It has been to the Final Four four times in program history.

West Virginia is the fourth seed in the region. The Mountaineers went 26-8 during the season and finished second in the Big 12. WVU last reached the Final Four in 2010, its second appearance.

Florida State is the third seed in this region. The Seminoles went 25-8 this season and finished second in the ACC. All eight of their losses this season came away from home. FSU has only made the Final Four one time, which was in 1972.
