Wildcats rally past Razorbacks
Kentucky overcame a big halftime deficit Tuesday night at home against Arkansas to secure a 70-66 home win to improve to 24-4 overall and 13-2 in conference play. The Wildcats outscored the Razorbacks 42-27 in the second half after trailing by 11 at the break. Kentucky shot 21-of-42 from the floor including 6-of-13 from 3-point range plus 22-of-32 at the free throw line. Tyler Herro paced the Wildcats with a game-best 29 points on 9-of-10 shooting including 5-of-6 from 3-point range plus 6-of-6 at the free throw line. He also notched four rebounds, three assists and two steals. Keldon Johnson added 13 points, six boards and three dimes.
Williams guides Vols past Rebels
Grant Williams scored the go-ahead basket with four seconds remaining Wednesday night in a 73-71 victory at Ole Miss. The Volunteers outscored the hosts 39-32 in the second half of the win. Williams paced Tennessee with 21 points on 7-of-13 shooting including 7-of-8 from 3-point distance. He added six rebounds, four assists, three steals and two blocked shots. Lamonte Turner tallied 17 points, four boards, four assists and two steals. Admiral Schofield added 11 points and six rebounds. College Basketball Betting Trends
Kentucky
The Wildcats are 5-1 ATS in their last six road games. Kentucky is 10-3 ATS in its last 13 road games.
Tennessee
The Volunteers are 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall. Tennessee is 5-2 ATS in its last seven home games versus the Wildcats.
Prediction:
This is a revenge spot for the Volunteers after being thrashed 86-69 at Kentucky back on February 16. With a veteran core, Tennessee should be able to rise to the occasion on its home floor where it has not lost all season. While Kentucky is hot right now, this is the toughest setting its had since conference play started. I'm taking the Vols here.
