College Basketball Betting Trends
St. John’s
The underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. The Red Storm are 1-5 ATS in their last six games.
Villanova
The Wildcats are 3-2 ATS in their last five games. The under has hit in four of the last five Villanova games.
Prediction:
Villanova is playing solid basketball right now and blasted St. John’s by 20 on the road last month, but spreads like this are certainly not slam dunks. The Red Storm have been inconsistent, but they have had some bright moments lately like rolling past Providence and taking Xavier to the wire before faltering in the closing minutes. I’m taking the points here as the Wildcats are due for a subpar performance and have bigger fish to fry moving forward. Could be a trap.
