Tigers upended at Mizzou

Auburn lost by a score of 85-73 Saturday night at Missouri to drop to 22-3 overall and 9-3 in the Southeastern Conference. The visitors were outscored 45-32 in the first half and could not rally back. Austin Wiley led Auburn with 22 points on 9-of12 shooting plus 4-of-8 at the free throw line. He also ripped down 10 rebounds. J'Von McCormick tallied 21 points to go with three boards, two assists and two steals. Samir Doughty added 16 points, four dimes and three rebounds.

Georgia lost 74-69 Saturday at Texas A&M to fall to 12-13 overall and 2-10 in conference action. Rayshaun Hammonds paced the Bulldogs with 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting including 1-of-3 from 3-point range plus 2-of-3 at the charity stripe. He also registered seven rebounds and three assists. College Basketball Betting Trends

The favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. The road team is 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings.

The Bulldogs are 11-3 ATS in their last 14 games after three or more consecutive losses. Georgia is 0-5 straight up in the last five meetings.

Auburn blasted Georgia by a count of 82-60 last month and aside fro the defeat at Missouri, it has had a very strong season overall. The Tigers have been inconsistent on the road, but has shown plenty of fight in most matchups and I think they have the personnel to overmatch the Bulldogs. Look for Auburn to put together one of its better road performances of the season tonight against the lesser foe.
