Can Oklahoma find a way to get back on track tonight when the Sooners go on the road to face No. 8 Kansas at 9PM ET?

According to oddsmakers at YouWager, Kansas is the favorite in this game, as the Jayhawks are getting odds of -8.5 points against Oklahoma. The over/under total for the contest is listed at 165.5 points. Tonight’s game will take place from Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, Kansas and will air live on ESPN.

Oklahoma has been struggling, losing five straight while failing to cover in their last seven. The Sooners are 16-10 overall, 6-8 in the Big 12 and 8-17 against the spread. Oklahoma is putting up 87.5 points per game on offense this year while allowing 82 points per game on defense. Trae Young is averaging 29 points and 9.2 assists per game to lead the Sooners while Christian James is adding 12.3 points and 4.8 rebounds per contest.

Kansas is coming off a 77-69 win over West Virginia for its third win in four games. The Jayhawks are now 21-6 overall, 10-4 in the Big 12 and 13-12-1 against the spread. Kansas is averaging 81.6 points per game while allowing 70.7 per contest. Devonte’ Graham is leading Kansas with 17.4 points and 7.2 assists per game while Udoka Azubuike is adding 14.1 points and 7 rebounds per contest.

Bet on Oklahoma vs. Kansas

Oklahoma won the first meeting this season at home, 85-80, back on Jan. 23. The Sooners have also covered the spread in three straight in this series. However, Oklahoma isn’t putting together good games right now. Their second halves has really been poor as Young seems to be pressing and trying to make too much happen. Oklahoma has proven it can’t win without Young contributing most of the offense through points or assists. I don’t see him being able to do that at Kansas tonight. The public betting is split for this game, but I see Oklahoma continuing to struggle.
