College Basketball Betting Trends

Virginia

The Cavaliers are 6-0 ATS in their last six Monday games. Virginia is 20-6 ATS in its last 26 road games.

Virginia Tech

The Hokies are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 Monday games. Virginia Tech is 1-4 ATS in its last five home games.

Prediction:

The last time Virginia played Virginia Tech on Jan. 15, it ended as an 81-59 massacre in favor of the Cavaliers on their home floor. Expect a much different game this time around. The Hokies have only lost once at home this season and have a top-10 offense nationally, which will help them offset an exceptional Virginia defense. This will be a slow-paced game where every basket has added importance. Look for Virginia Tech to step up defensively and make it a game that goes down to the wire.
