Maryland recorded a 75-66 win Friday night at Illinois to improve to 19-4 overall and 9-3 in conference action. The Terrapins outscored the Fighting Illini 35-24 after the break after trailing by two at halftime. Anthony Cowan Jr. led Maryland wth 20 points on 6-of-11 shooting including 3-of-5 from 3-point range plus 5-of-5 at the charity stripe. He also tallied six assists and four rebounds. Darryl Morsell accounted for 15 points, five rebounds, four dimes and four steals. Eric Ayala accounted for 12 points, five boards and three assists. College Basketball Betting Trends

The Cornhuskers are 5-1 ATS in their last six road games. Nebraska is 3-7 ATS in its last 10 Tuesday games.

The Terrapins are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games overall. The favorite is 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings.

This is a big spread to cover in a conference teams but the Terrapins have crushed much better teams at home, while the Cornhuskers have been miserable at far worse squads. The Terrapins are nasty defensively and are improving on the offensive end, while Nebraska is mediocre on both ends of the court. I'm siding with Maryland in this spot as it looks to have blowout written all over it.
