College Basketball Betting Trends
Michigan State
The Spartans are 1-5 ATS in their last six games as a road favorite. Michigan State is 0-4 ATS in its last four Tuesday games.
Illinois
The Fighting Illini are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games following an ATS loss. The home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings.
Prediction:
The Spartans have had a rough go of it in February, dropping all three of their games. Bad first halfs have been a major culprit, while poor shooting from Winston and not a lot of help around him aside from Tillman have been other factors. Michigan State will likely get it figured out as it almost always seems to do in the last month of the season, but right now I'd rather side with an Illinois squad that has also dropped two in a row and sees the importance of this contest. Michigan State blasted Illinois in East Lansing and this is a revenge spot for the Fighting Illini.
