College Basketball Betting Trends

Xavier

The Musketeers are 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games. Xavier is 1-3-1 ATS in its last five Friday games.

Villanova

The Wildcats are 6-0 ATS in their last six Friday games. Villanova is 18-7 ATS in its last 25 home games.

Prediction:

Villanova is clearly the better team here, but Xavier has a pretty good offense that should be able to keep it in this one for much of the game. While the Musketeers do struggle defensively, they should be amped up for the challenge and the chance to get revenge from last year's pair of double-digit losses. While I don't see Xavier winning outright, I think it keeps it within single digits.
