Jayhawks falter against Bears

Kansas lost 67-55 at home Saturday afternoon versus Baylor to drop to 12-3 overall and 2-1 in Big 12 Conference play. The Jayhawks lost 37-24 at halftime en route to the defeat. Isaiah Moss led Kansas with 15 points off the bench on 5-of-12 shooting including 2-of-8 from 3-point distance plus 3-of-4 at the free throw line. He also notched three rebounds. Marcus Garrett added 11 points, four boards and four assists.

Sooners stumble at Cyclones

Oklahoma fell 81-68 Saturday night at Iowa State to fall to 11-4 overall and 2-1 in conference action. The Sooners trailed 42-25 at halftime on their way to the loss. Brady Manek paced OU with 17 points on 6-of-7 shooting including 5-of-6 from 3-point range. He also tallied four rebounds and two blocked shots. Kristian Doolittle recorded 14 points, five boards, three assists and two steals. Austin Reaves had 12 points, five caroms, two assists and two steals. College Basketball Betting Trends

The Jayhawks are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall. Kansas is 2-5 ATS in its last seven Tuesday games.

The Sooners are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine Tuesday games. Oklahoma is 0-6 ATS in its last six home games.

After facing a top five defense nationally Saturday afternoon, the Jayhawks should find a lot less resistance tonight at Oklahoma. While the Sooners have been respectable this season, they are running into a Kansas team that will be a little salty after the home loss. I think Kansas is in a great spot here to get the win and cover the spread in the process.
