Tigers fall short at Shockers

Memphis lost by a score of 76-67 score Thursday night at Wichita State to drop to 12-3 overall and 1-1 in American Athletic Conference action. College Basketball Betting Trends

The Tigers are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five Sunday games. Memphis is 1-4 ATS in its last five games as a road favorite.

South Florida

The Bulls are 6-1 ATS in their last seven home games. The underdog is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings.

The Bulls are certainly a step down from Memphis' last two opponents in Georgia and Wichita State, so a Tigers bounce back game is a strong bet here. This spread might be a point or two wider if Memphis was entering in good form and I plan to take advantage, because it is clearly the superior team in this matchup. While South Florida is competent defensively, it really struggles on the offensive end and that shouldn't change today against a stout Tigers defense. Go with the favorites this afternoon.
