The Wildcats (11-4, 1-2 Big 12) trailed 36-21 at halftime before mounting the huge comeback after the break. Kansas State shot 25-of-53 from the floor, 9-of-23 from 3-point range and 12-of-19 at the free throw line. Brown Jr. led the way with 29 points on 9-of-14 shooting including 1-of-4 from 3-point range plus 10-of-12 at the free throw line. He also racked up six steals. Cyclones upset at Bears

Iowa State had a letdown following its previous win over Kansas as it fell 73-70 Tuesday night at Baylor. The Cyclones (12-3, 2-1) trailed 38-30 at halftime and were unable to recover. Iowa State shot 28-of-56 from the floor, 7-of-18 from 3-point distance and 7-of-8 from the free throw line. Marial Shayok paced ISU with 19 points on 9-of-15 shooting including 1-of-2 from 3-point range. He also had four rebounds and three assists. Michael Jacobson contributed 11 points and three rebounds. College Basketball Betting Trends

Kansas State

The Wildcats are 2-7 ATS in their last nine games overall. The under is 4-1 in the last five KSU games on Saturdays.

Iowa State

The Cyclones are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven home games. The under is 12-5 in the last 17 ISU games overall.

Prediction:

Kansas State is 200th nationally in adjusted offensive efficiency and ninth in defensive efficiency, while playing at pace slow enough it is outside the top 100. Iowa State has a very good offense (16th), but its defense isn't far behind at 25th nationally. The Cyclones also play at a slower than average tempo. This seems like a good recipe for the under.
