College Basketball Betting Trends

Texas Tech

The Red Raiders are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 Saturday games. Texas Tech is 9-4 ATS in its last 13 road games.

West Virginia

The Mountaineers are 5-1 ATS in their last six games overall. West Virginia is 7-15-1 ATS in its last 23 Saturday games.

Prediction:

Texas Tech is known for its defense and it is still stout on that end this season, but it is actually West Virginia with the elite defense that is ranked third nationally in adjusted efficiency. Look for the combination of the Mountaineers' suffocating defense and the home crowd to play a major factor for West Virginia today. The Red Raiders lost their only true road game this season at DePaul in overtime and this is a big step up from that. Going with the favorites in this spot.
