The fourth-ranked Virginia Cavaliers will look for a 14th straight win without a defeat tonight at the Boston College Eagles. Can Boston College keep it competitive enough to stay within the number on its home court?

College Basketball Betting Trends
Virginia
The Cavaliers are 6-1-1 ATS in their last eight Wednesday games. Virginia is 14-3 ATS in its last 17 road games.
Boston College
The Eagles are 5-2 ATS in their last seven Big East games. Boston College is 2-5 ATS in its last seven games overall.
Prediction:
Boston College is outside the top 100 in both adjusted offensive and defensive efficiency not a good mix against a Virginia team ranking sixth in offense and third in defense. But Boston College did look competitive for at least one half in a tough game at Virgiinia Tech and is back home for this one. While the Cavaliers should win, I think Boston College keeps it close enough to cover. A good result could be a sign that the Eagles are starting to turn a corner.
