College Basketball Betting Trends
Memphis
The Tigers are 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall. Memphis is 6-0-1 ATS in its last seven road games.
Houston
The Cougars are 6-2 ATS in their last eight home games. Houston is 19-7-2 ATS in its last 28 games overall.
Prediction:
The Cougars have six wins against top-100 teams this season with three of them being by double digits. Memphis is on the back end of the top 100 and does have two wins over top 100 teams of its own, but both of those contests were on its home floor. The Tigers are likely to continue getting better under first-year head coach Penny Hardaway, but right now they aren’t quite in the same league as Houston. Look for the Cougars to take advantage of shoddy Memphis defense and pull away here.
