Sooners take down Wildcats in OT

Oklahoma outscored host Northwestern 10-3 in overtime Friday night to record a 76-69 victory, its seventh win in a row. The score was tied 32-32 at halftime and 66-66 at the end of regulation. Kristian Doolittle led the Sooners with 14 points off the bench on 7-of-12 shooting to go with nine rebounds and two assists. Rashard Odomes contributed 13 points and three boards as a reserve. Christian James tallied 12 points, nine rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocked shots. Miles Reynolds added 11 points plus five caroms and two dimes. Oklahoma shot 32-of-75 from the floor, 5-of-21 on 3-point tries and 7-of-10 on free throw attempts.

Jayhawks bounce back from loss

Kansas rebounded from its first loss of the season Saturday afternoon with an 87-63 home victory over Eastern Michigan. Udoka Azubuike led the way for the Jayhawks (11-1) with 23 points on 10-of-13 shooting plus 3-of-6 at the charity stripe. He also pulled down nine rebounds and blocked two shots. Quentin Grimes accounted for 16 points, two boards and two assists. Devon Dotson added 15 points, four dimes, three rebounds and three steals. Kansas led 46-25 at halftime on its way to the rout. College Basketball Betting Trends

The Sooners are 10-1-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall. Oklahoma is 4-0-1 ATS in its last five road games.

The Jayhawks are 6-2 ATS in their last eight versus the Big 12 Conference. Kansas is 1-6 ATS in its last seven games following an ATS win.

The Sooners have seven wins over top-100 programs this season and only a 20-point loss against Wisconsin on a neutral court is keeping it from being undefeated. Oklahoma is on the brink of cracking the top-25 and would certainly move in with an upset today, while even a strong showing in a loss could give it a shot. Kansas hasn't exactly dominated the competition most times out this season and I think this is another one that has a good shot at staying close until the end. I'm going with Oklahoma to stay within the number.
