March Madness West Region Odds
(TheSpread) – The West Region of this year’s March Madness NCAA Tournament looks like it may be the lightest of the four. Here is a look at the odds to win this region.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Arizona is the favorite to reach the Final Four, as it has 2/1 odds. Other short odds to win are Creighton (4/1) and Wisconsin (4/1).
Arizona is the top seed in the region. The Wildcats won the Pac-12 title during the season, going 30-4 overall and 15-3 in conference play. Arizona has reached the Final Four four times in program history, the last appearance coming in 2001.
Creighton is the No. 3 seed. The Bluejays went 26-7 overall this season and were 14-4 in the Big East, finishing second in the conference. Creighton has never advanced past the Sweet 16 in program history.
Wisconsin is the No. 2 seed. The Badgers were 26-7 this season and went 12-6 in the Big Ten. Wisconsin has only reached the Final Four two times in program history, with the last appearance coming in 2000.
