Kansas
is currently ranked No. 1 in both major college basketball polls and also is ranked No. 6 in the RPI. The Jayhawks are 27-1 for the year and 13-0 in Big XII play win wins over ranked opponents like
Texas,
Kansas
State,

Temple
,
and Baylor. It’s lone loss came against

Tennessee
.

Kansas
has won three championships in its history, with the last coming in 2008 under current coach Bill Self.


Kentucky
