SPEAKING
“Two nights ago when I got here from Golden State I was feeling a little bit low. OK? My wife’s in town, and I went to the 19th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel at about 1:30 in the morning. I was out on the balcony looking down at Wilshire Boulevard, and she said: `Honey, don’t do it. It’s not worth it.’ … The value of an NBA wife.” – Miami coach Pat Riley, after the Heat snapped a five-game slide with a 100-94 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.
