MILWAUKEE (AP) -Milwaukee guard Michael Redd missed the Bucks’ game Wednesday night against the Washington Wizards because of a sprained right ankle.
Redd, expected to return Friday night at Boston, was injured Sunday against New York when he landed awkwardly chasing a loose ball in Milwaukee’s 94-86 victory.
The Bucks had starting point guard Luke Ridnour back in the starting lineup. He missed the previous two games because of back spasms.
Wizards center Etan Thomas missed the game because of a sprained left ankle. Thomas sat out all of last season after open heart surgery.
